How educational leaders might use blogs?

Educational leaders could use blogs for many reasons. I think one reason is to share ideas and reflections. Educators are always looking for ways to improve their teaching, scores, student involvement, etc. I think blogs could help bring educators together to learn new ways and discuss with other educators what worked for them and what didn’t work for them. I think it would also give teachers somewhere to reflect on their teaching and get support from other educators.
